What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Design, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, and TikTok

• Manage and allocate ad spend effectively to achieve client ROI targets

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights
• Experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets and providing accurate forecasts
• Familiarity with advertising policies and privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Experience with eCommerce brands or direct-to-consumer (DTC) markets
• Familiarity with AI-based campaign management or predictive analytics
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing page optimization or pixel troubleshooting
