The purpose of the Retail E-Commerce Coordinator is to create and maintain the Miraval online shop and assist in sales floor coverage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create new products within the online shop
• Manage inventory levels with all online shop merchandise
• Manage and process all gift cards for online store
• Assist guests with all online shop questions and needs
• Attend scheduled meetings with Marketing to ensure brand awareness
• Curate ideas, along with Marketing and Retail Manager to promote online sales
• Process all online sales through designated retail outlets
• Process all returns made through the online store
• Work retail sales floor when scheduled
• Support and assist Retail Manager as needed
