Position Summary: We’re seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales performance. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends sales strategy, people management, inventory control, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise all store operations and team members Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance Oversee inventory: receiving, pricing, staging, markdowns, and cycle counts Post and manage product listings online (Shopify, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and merchandising Handle staffing, scheduling, and performance feedback Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency Maintain daily reporting and work closely with ownership Requirements: 2+ years of retail management experience (home improvement or discount retail required) Strong sales background with closing experience Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to lift/move furniture and merchandise when needed Proficiency in spreadsheets, POS systems, and social media posting Must be reliable, honest, and mission-driven Benefits: Competitive pay + performance bonuses Daytime hours with no late nights Opportunities to grow with a fast-scaling, community-focused business Employee discounts on store merchandise
