About AmpliSell AmpliSell is a growth partner for consumer brands across Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Retail Media, and paid UGC. We combine hands-on channel management with content and ads to drive profitable revenue. Role Overview You will be the hunter who opens doors and closes net-new brand accounts. You’ll leverage your network of brand-side decision makers (Heads of E-Commerce, VPs of Marketing, Directors of Marketplaces/Digital, Social/TikTok leads) and run a full-cycle consultative sale for Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Retail Media, and paid UGC services. Location: Remote (U.S.) Reports to: Co-Founder Travel: Occasional conferences and client meetings What You’ll Do Open doors fast: Tap your network and targeted outreach to secure first meetings with ICP brands. Run full cycle: Discovery -> solution design with our channel leads -> proposal/pricing -> negotiation -> close -> clean handoff. Own the number: Build pipeline, track velocity and win rates, and deliver new MRR. Represent AmpliSell: Industry events, LinkedIn presence, and warm-intro flywheel building. Ideal Profile and Qualifications Extensive B2B sales experience (5+ years): Proven success selling digital marketing, e-commerce, or advertising services to brand-side executives. Strong industry network: Direct relationships with decision makers at DTC/retail brands; you can open doors quickly. Hunter + consultative: Proactive prospector who builds trust, diagnoses needs, and crafts tailored solutions. Multi-channel savvy: Comfort selling Amazon/Walmart marketplace services, retail media, influencer/UGC, and TikTok Shop. (Amazon experience is a strong plus.) Proven results & leadership: Hit/beat quotas, scaled a book of business, and ideally mentored others or helped shape sales process. Additionally, having mentorship or leadership experience is valuable since Amplisell is a growing agency – we want someone who can not only sell, but also help shape our sales process!
