Job Title: Salesforce B2B Cloud Technical Lead – Telco Industry Focus Location: Remote Duration: Long term contract About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce B2B Cloud Technical Lead with deep expertise in the Telco industry, particularly in B2B Sales processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical leadership, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and excellent communication skills to support and drive defect triage and resolution. This role requires someone similar in capability and leadership to Srikanth – a go-to tech lead – but with specific experience in Telco-related B2B Sales implementations on Salesforce. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the technical lead for triaging and resolving Salesforce B2B Cloud defects during US business hours, focusing on the most critical and high-priority issues. • Lead the diagnosis, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex defects across Salesforce Core, Apex, and B2B Sales functionalities. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product owners, to ensure issues are clearly understood and resolved effectively. • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other Salesforce developers and support engineers. • Occasionally contribute hands-on fixes or workaround solutions, particularly in high-impact scenarios. • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce B2B Cloud in the Telco domain, ensuring solutions align with best practices and industry-specific needs. • Ensure documentation of defect patterns, resolutions, and recurring issues for knowledge base purposes. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience, with hands-on Apex, Lightning Components, and declarative configuration. • Proven experience in Salesforce B2B Cloud (formerly B2B Commerce) and Sales Cloud. • Strong Telco industry background, with direct experience supporting Telco B2B Sales processes and use cases. • Demonstrated experience triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex defects in large-scale Salesforce implementations. • Ability to work under pressure, especially in critical support situations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to clearly communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, integration patterns, and deployment processes.
