Job Duties: • Lead Architecture Planning: Design comprehensive solution architecture for Classic to Lightning migration and TAP Plus account-based payment system integration • System Assessment & Documentation: Conduct thorough analysis of existing system and create detailed migration strategies • Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with customer leadership, and technical teams to gather requirements and align business objectives • Technical Design Leadership: Create technical design documents, system architecture diagrams, and integration blueprints • Lightning Readiness Planning: Develop comprehensive Lightning Readiness Plans including data migration protocols, customization strategies, and system optimization • API Integration Design: Architect real-time API integrations connecting to Oracle database and payment gateways) Required Qualifications: XCentium will accept suitable combination of education, training, or equivalent experience. Experience/Knowledge must be sufficient to perform the required responsibilities/job duties in the normally accepted manner. • 8+ years Salesforce experience with demonstrated expertise in large-scale implementations • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Application Architect certification required • 5+ years Classic to Lightning migration experience with complex customizations and integrations • 3+ years payment processing integration experience including PCI-DSS compliance requirements • Expert-level Apex development (5+ years) with performance optimization for high-transaction environments • Advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) development (3+ years) • Experience Cloud architecture for customer-facing portals and communities • API integration expertise with RESTful web services, SOAP, and real-time payment systems Technical Skills Required: • Salesforce Clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud (preferred) Development: Apex, LWC, JavaScript, Visualforce migration strategies • Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft Commerce Hub • Automation: Flow, Process Builder, advanced workflow migration • Data Management: Large dataset migration, data cleansing, archiving strategies • Security: PCI-DSS, NIST frameworks, role-based access control • Documentation: Technical architecture documentation, system diagrams, migration plans Highly Desired: • Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience for payment processing • Einstein Bots/Agentforce planning and implementation • MuleSoft integration platform experience • High-volume transaction system architecture (millions of daily transactions) • Mobile application integration experience • Agile development methodology experience Project-Specific Requirements: • Onsite presence required for stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions • Availability during customer business hours (8 AM - 5 PM PST) for meetings • Security clearance capability for customer cybersecurity requirements Benefits Include: • Competitive salary + bonus • PTO • 401K (5% match) • Medical, dental, vision insurance.
