REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of SEO Analytics experience with at least 2+ years of Management experience
• Previous experience working directly for a large enterprise retail company OR a SEO agency supporting large retail clients
• Experience working with large-scale e-commerce or retail websites
• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog
• Strong understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and their impact on SEO
• Skilled in applying AI and emerging technologies to improve SEO and customer experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage SEO projects from planning through execution
• Excellent communication and organizational skills across all levels of an organization
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, or Shopify
• Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and how it intersects with SEO
• Knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation
• Experience with international SEO and multilingual site optimization

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern SEO practices, strong leadership capabilities, and a forward-thinking mindset focused on leveraging AI and emerging technologies. Responsibilities include guiding cross-functional collaboration to embed SEO best practices, enhancing content performance, conducting technical audits, and applying advanced analytics to track and optimize results.
