Job Title: Senior Account Executive – SaaS Sales Location: Durham, NC (This is a full-time in-office role) Company Overview RepSpark is a rapidly growing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider transforming wholesale e-commerce. As a PGA partner and the golf industry's gold standard for B2B software, we help leading apparel, footwear, and sporting equipment manufacturers streamline operations and elevate the wholesale buying experience for their customers and sales reps. Headquartered in Southern California, our Revenue Team is based in vibrant Downtown Durham, NC on the 5th floor of the Truist Building. Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our Durham-based sales team. This full-cycle sales role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven ability to close enterprise-level deals in a B2B SaaS environment. You will be responsible for driving net new revenue through strategic outreach, managing complex sales cycles, and selling directly to key stakeholders—including VP and C-level executives—within major brands and manufacturers. The ideal candidate is both results-driven and consultative, with a track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets. You’ll work closely with a Revenue Operations Associate to ensure a seamless sales process, from inbound lead qualification and pipeline analysis to forecasting accuracy and deal execution. Responsibilities • Identify, engage, and close enterprise-level opportunities across key verticals in apparel, footwear, sporting goods, and related industries • • Work closely with our Revenue Operations Associate to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified, inbound leads • • Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to close, including qualification, discovery, product demonstration (with our Sales Engineer), pricing, and negotiation • • Maintain a strategic, organized pipeline to meet and exceed individual revenue goals (ARR and GCV) • • Build strong, consultative relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers • • Partner with RevOps to optimize sales processes, reporting, and forecasting accuracy • • Deliver high-impact product presentations through video conference, phone, and in-person meetings • • Stay current on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Requirements • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, with a strong preference for enterprise-level SaaS sales • • Demonstrated success closing high-value, complex deals with C-level and VP-level buyers • • Strong understanding of wholesale, distribution, and e-commerce business models a plus • • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities • • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and detail-oriented • • CRM experience required (HubSpot preferred) • • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Benefits • Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and bonus opportunities • Health, dental, and vision insurance • • Collaborative, high-energy work environment with a mission-driven team
