Job Summary:
Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,000 iconic brands. They are seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Experience Performance to lead efforts in analyzing digital performance metrics, providing actionable insights, and overseeing A/B testing initiatives to optimize digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
β’ Independently analyze and report on key digital performance metrics (e.g., Sessions, Conversion Rates) on a Weekly and Monthly basis
β’ Present insights and performance data in a compelling way to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that recommendations are actionable and aligned with business objectives.
β’ Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing user experience across Inspire Brands' websites and apps.
β’ Lead A/B testing initiatives, specifically working cross-functionally with Brand Digital to gain alignment on tests, analyzing results, providing next step recommendations and ensuring tests meet business goals and SLAs.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Brand Digital) to prioritize and implement optimization initiatives.
β’ Proactively identify trends for digital optimization, and report findings to leadership, uncovering opportunities for performance improvements
β’ Support ad-hoc requests for reporting, insights, and data analysis from business stakeholders.
β’ Stay up to date with the latest digital performance and analytics tools, methodologies, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ 4 Year Degree and/or Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field preferred (e.g., Business, Marketing, Data Analytics)
β’ 3-5 years of experience in digital/ecommerce performance analysis, preferably in the Restaurant industry
β’ Moderate to Advanced proficiency with GA4 (Google Analytics), experience with Quantum Metric is a plus
β’ Moderate to Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and using data visualization tool, preferably Power BI (Dashboard level, coding experience not required)
β’ Experience with A/B testing tools (ie: Optimizely), quantitative analysis, and optimization strategies
β’ Solid understanding of user behavior and conversion rate optimization strategies
β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
β’ Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally across teams and senior leadership
Preferred:
β’ Experience with tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Tealium, mParticle)
