Role description
Summary We are seeking a Senior Specialist, CRM to help grow our customer marketing function. This role will coordinate and execute CRM initiatives with a focus on loyalty, acquisition, retention, and customer development. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments to deliver data-driven, high-performing CRM campaigns that support overall business goals. Description As a Senior Specialist on the CRM team, you will lead the implementation and execution of customer-focused marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing the daily operations of CRM programs, building customer journeys through data platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and improving engagement across customer segments. You will play a key role in enhancing consumer relationships, driving incremental sales, and increasing brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities: • Execute CRM and retention marketing campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams such as Digital Marketing, Brand, Creative, and eCommerce • Manage the CRM calendar, promotional planning, measurement, and creative review processes • Maintain strong customer engagement by developing targeted CRM activations and lifecycle communications • Build and test offer plans and promotional strategies across CRM channels • Create and manage automated customer segments using a CDP or data warehouse • Analyze campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and identify opportunities for optimization • Support the development and execution of CRM acquisition strategies • Pilot and test new programs while managing operational and financial impact • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards • Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Work Experience: • 2–4 years of experience in database marketing or CRM, preferably in retail • Demonstrated success managing CRM programs and customer engagement initiatives • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), data warehouses, and building automated audiences • Familiarity with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and related CRM tools Skills: • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities • Proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and business intelligence platforms • Clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills
