TASTE SUCCESS | As our Senior Designer at HexClad, you will help define the design vision and execution across various touch points, ensuring that HexClad's brand identity is consistently communicated through compelling and visually appealing design solutions. With your expertise in design principles, creativity, and attention to detail, you will be crucial in elevating our brand presence and driving engagement with our audience.
β’ Brand Design: Develop and maintain HexClad's brand identity, ensuring consistency and coherence in visual assets, typography, color palettes, and imagery across all brand touch points.
β’ Art Direction: Concept and execute elevated brand assets across campaigns, tentpole sales, product launches, and storytelling moments.
β’ Digital & Performance Creative: Design and adapt high-performing creative for paid channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), email, and web.
β’ Packaging Systems: Help evolve our packaging design system for consistency across new and existing SKUs.
β’ Design Systems & Templates: Build and refine scalable systems for paid media, email, and e-commerce design to improve output and quality.
β’ Creative Leadership: Mentor junior designers and guide BPOs to uphold quality, efficiency, and brand integrity.
β’ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across retention, performance, product, and e-comm to ensure creative is aligned with business goals.
β’ Craftsmanship: Maintain impeccable design standards across everything you touch β from typography to layout to file delivery.
β’ Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables by conducting thorough reviews, providing feedback, and implementing best practices for design production and execution.
Requirements
β’ 5+ years of design experience in DTC, e-comm, or agency environments
β’ A strong portfolio that showcases elevated brand design, sharp execution, and cross-channel versatility.
β’ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other modern design tools.
β’ Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
β’ An eye for detail, a love of systems, and the ability to scale creative with consistency.
β’ Familiarity with packaging and print production workflows.
β’ Experience managing design projects from concept to completion.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
β’ Knowledge of current design trends, industry standards, and best practices.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
β’ Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry a plus.
