Reporting to the Manager, Digital Design, you will elevate Klein Tools’ digital presence across channels by executing best-in-class creative that is on brand, data-informed, and built for speed-to-market. You will contribute to templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability—driving outcomes through collaboration and expert execution. • Deliver on-time digital design and content to support new product launches and campaigns for a range of channels including eCommerce, Amazon, owned and partner websites, email, and digital display—meeting channel platform and distributor requirements. • Manage delivery of fast-moving tasks using project management and proofing tools, accurately estimating effort and communicating status and risks early. • Translate brand guidelines into scalable digital systems, contributing to templates and specs that improve consistency and accelerate production. • Partner with cross-functional teams to design, test and implement UI/UX improvements and optimize content across the customer journey. • Contribute to digital content playbooks, best practices, and workflows that enhance speed-to-market and content quality. • Incorporate performance insights, A/B learnings, and stakeholder feedback to iterate and improve outcomes. • Provide constructive peer feedback and share craft knowledge in creative share-outs; this role has no formal people-lead or review responsibilities but is regarded as an SME for digital design within the broader team creative and cross-functional teams. • Maintain clean files and adhere to Digital Asset Manager best practices for file tagging, organization and team sharing. Job Qualifications • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative vision and design excellence across DTC, Amazon/marketplaces, web, social, email, and digital display. • Expert command of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and accessibility considerations. • High attention to detail and accuracy with a commitment to delivering excellent, production-ready output. • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with motion (e.g., After Effects) is a plus; basic HTML/CSS literacy helpful. • High sense of urgency—comfortable juggling multiple tight-turn projects while maintaining quality and alignment to objectives. • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com) preferred • Proven ability to apply and extend on-brand design systems across digital channels; experience working within/maintaining component libraries. • Comfort using data and testing insights to inform creative decisions. • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). • 7–10 years of professional digital design experience; DTC/ecommerce experience highly preferred • Individual contributor role; no prior people-management required.
