About the Role:
Director of Marketing with strong e-commerce and digital marketing experience. This high-impact role leads integrated marketing across digital, outbound sales, ABM, and channel marketing, supporting a commercial (non-public sector) customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead digital and performance marketing (PPC, SEO, email, social) to drive e-commerce growth
• Align marketing with sales goals across outbound, inside sales, and account-based campaigns
• Develop ABM strategies, including tailored campaigns and content
• Support indirect sales via distributor/reseller marketing programs
• Oversee product launches, content creation, and trade events
• Champion AI tools for marketing automation and performance
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
Requirements:
• 10+ years in B2B marketing leadership, including e-commerce and multi-channel GTM
• Proven success in demand generation and ABM
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred:
• Experience in safety, industrial, or regulatory products
• Familiarity with channel marketing and co-branded campaigns
• Exposure to AI-driven marketing tools
