Full Job Description About the RoleSPAATECH is looking for a highly experienced consultant to address complex Dynamics 365 F&O and Sana Commerce integration issues. The primary challenge involves customer records with multiple shipping sites, where Sana does not recognize Attention To and Delivery Site information correctly, leading to order fulfillment problems. The consultant will analyze the current configuration, review process flows, and provide clear, actionable solutions that ensure a sustainable and scalable integration. Responsibilities Assess current Dynamics 365 F&O and Sana Commerce integration to identify system gaps. Troubleshoot issues with multi-site customer shipping and delivery setups. Review existing process flows and configuration choices. Recommend solution options and industry best practices. Collaborate with SPAATECH teams, client stakeholders, and third-party implementers. Document findings, configuration recommendations, and long-term options. Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to client teams. Qualifications 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM. Strong expertise in ERP and e-commerce platform integrations (Sana preferred). Deep knowledge of customer, shipping, and order fulfillment processes in Dynamics. Proven success resolving complex ERP/e-commerce integration challenges. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Prior consulting experience working with U.S. clients preferred. Additional Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (no visa sponsorship available). Must be able to work effectively with U.S.-based clients. Remote position, with occasional travel to client sites if needed.
