Key Details:
• Direct Hire/Perm
• Location: Onsite in downtown San Diego
• Requirements: 5+ years experience, Amazon Ad Console, agency experience preferred
• Pay: $90-120k
What You'll Do:
• Lead and optimize Amazon search campaigns and other retail media strategies
• Analyze campaign data to create clear, actionable recommendations
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform client strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate directly with clients
• Leverage AI tools and delegation resources to improve performance and workflow
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to training materials
• Own SME-level expertise in up to three advertising functions
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve strategy and operations
What You Bring:
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Advanced experience in Amazon Ad Console, 3rd-party tools, or platforms like Walmart Connect
• Strong data skills using Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
• Exceptional communication and client management abilities
• Proven leadership in campaign strategy and team mentorship
• Proficiency in project management and strategic execution
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
