SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: As an eCommerce Operations Specialist at Renfro, you will play a critical role in managing item setup, optimizing digital product content, and analyzing performance across key online retail channels. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, especially Amazon, to ensure operational accuracy, resolve issues, and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team leadership and cross-functional initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
β’ Manage end-to-end item setup for online retail partners, ensuring accurate listings, pricing, content, and availability.
Develop and maintain weekly POS reports to track eCommerce performance; support ad hoc and seasonal reporting needs.
Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities; deliver clear executive summaries and business insights.
Collaborate with brand, merchandising, and creative teams to optimize digital content for product pages and campaigns.
Work with supply chain and operations (including Amazon and internal teams) to resolve PO, EDI, quality, and logistics issues.
Support process improvements for product launches, item maintenance, and overall digital operations.
Monitor product assortment and performance across retail partners to inform merchandising strategy.
Qualifications
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
β’ Proven ability to work independently and lead within cross-functional teams; must be capable of supporting team leadership.
Requires experience managing or supporting Amazon-related operations or other ecommerce platforms, with familiarity in platform processes and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex insights clearly.
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelorβs degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, sales, marketing, buying, planning is a plus.
