Summary
We’re looking for a data-savvy, customer-centric Senior eCommerce Product Analyst to join our digital product team. You’ll play a key role in helping optimize our end-to-end eCommerce experience—from browsing and checkout to post-purchase interactions like shipping and returns.
As a trusted partner to product and UX, you’ll dig into customer behavior, uncover friction points, evaluate A/B tests, and surface insights that shape product priorities and improve the customer journey. You’ll also work closely with our central Business Intelligence team to align data sources and ensure analytical consistency across the organization.
This is a high-impact, insight-driven role for someone who’s excited to influence product decisions with data and improve real-world outcomes for customers.
This position sits onsite 5 days a week in Grapevine, TX.
Job Summary
Product Insights & Optimization
• Analyze customer behavior across the eCommerce funnel to identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide actionable insights around conversion, drop-off, engagement, and retention
• Investigate user flows and pain points to support data-informed product decisions
Experimentation & Testing
• Define and measure success metrics for A/B tests and new feature launches
• Collaborate with engineers and tagging specialists to ensure robust and accurate tracking
• Help foster a culture of experimentation and rapid learning
KPI Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitor performance of key product metrics and proactively flag issues or trends
• Work with our BI team to ensure data consistency and leverage tools like BigQuery for deep dives
• Build targeted reports or visualizations that support fast product iteration
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Serve as the data partner to product and UX, bringing analytical clarity to strategy and execution
• Collaborate with CX, engineering, and marketing to synthesize data from across the customer journey
• Participate in defining tagging plans and QA processes to support new feature tracking
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in product, digital, or eCommerce analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with event-based or behavioral data
• Proficient in analytics tools such as Quantum Metric, GA4, GTM, and BigQuery—or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to turn data into compelling stories
• Comfortable working independently on open-ended problems with a strong sense of ownership
• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and/or post-purchase journey analysis
