Job Summary The Senior Manager, Ecommerce is responsible for developing core, innovation, and promotional assortments, forecasting daily KPIs and sales performance, and leading the site marketing strategy for the U.S. Dr. Dennis Gross DTC website to ensure the customer experience is consistent with industry best practices and optimized based on site performance data. The Senior Manager must be a strong collaborator and will work closely with key internal stakeholders which include Ecommerce, CRM, Brand marketing, the Americas Digital Transformation (ADX) group, Fulfillment, Customer Service, and Creative. This role has one direct report, Associate Manager, Ecommerce. This role reports into the Executive Director of Ecommerce. What You Will Do E-comm assortment planning and site merchandising • Leads the strategic marketing, merchandising, and assortment vision for digital storefront including oversight of core & innovation products in alignment with brand marketing efforts. • Manage the DTC sample assortment, promotions calendar, and excess inventory opportunities from strategy to execution. • Builds and executes the content calendar, associated creative briefs and signs off on final site experience. • Partner with the ADX to drive brand specific site merchandising initiatives and optimizations including the personalization roadmap, SEO, product, listing page and category content modifications. • Own and project manage the site enhancements prioritization list with Ecommerce and ADX teams. • Develops program strategy, benefits, marketing, and forecasts for the subscription program. • Partners with paid media lead to ensure ecommerce traffic and sales goals align with always on media and DTC conversion driving media investments. • Maintains close relationship with Fulfillment and Customer Service teams to ensure ecommerce initiatives are supported with sufficient inventory and staffing. Analytics and Financial planning • Responsible for delivering monthly replenishment orders and open-to-buy orders to Sales Operations as well as tracking inventory delivery to the warehouse. • Prioritizes efforts based on strategic importance and sales potential. • Partners with the Ecommerce, CRM, and ADX teams to analyze daily, weekly, monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to identify opportunities for site optimizations. • Maintains weekly ecommerce dashboard to report and communicate traffic, sales, conversion, and AOV as well as specific campaign, promotion or site experience highlights. • You will perform other duties as assigned. Who You Are • Minimum 5 – 7 years ecommerce experience • Experience in DTC, beauty, apparel ecommerce is required • Experience working with Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is required • Familiarity with Google Analytics and high degree of Excel skills preferred • Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines • Ability to understand financial measurements and how to impact them • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and as an individual contributor • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are required • Forward-thinking, resourceful and curious • Bachelor‘s Degree or equivalent experience #Nylaw You may be asked to perform other duties needed to help drive to our vision, fulfill our mission and abide by our organization’s values.
