It’s an incredible journey to be a part of. The Helio family of brands: Aqua          AIRHEAD          Yukon Charlie’s          Inyo Pools          Pureline We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our brands across digital, retail, and customer acquisition channels. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's visual identity, voice, and consumer experience while leading a multi-disciplinary marketing team. You will drive integrated digital and retail marketing efforts while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration across teams and aligning marketing operations with strategic company goals. As the senior marketing leader, you will own creative campaigns and ensure cohesion across every customer touchpoint—from imagery and catalogs to lifecycle communications and experiential retail. This role calls for an individual with initiative, ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to manage multiple, complex projects and tasks. This position reports to our Executive Vice President of Retail Sales and NPD. Key Responsibilities • Team Leadership & Strategy • Lead, mentor, and scale a team across brand, creative, digital, content, CRM, and retail marketing functions. • Define marketing vision and translate strategy into executable plans with clear KPIs. • Brand Ownership & Development • Champion the company's brand identity, ethos, and positioning across all touchpoints • Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms, retail spaces, catalogs, and presentations. • Digital & Retail Marketing • Lead omnichannel strategies for digital marketing, in-store engagement, and promotional campaigns. • Develop innovative retail presentations and experiences that reflect brand values. • Content & Visual Strategy • Oversee creation and curation of visual assets, imagery, catalog layouts, and photoshoots. • Collaborate with internal and external creatives to produce compelling marketing content. • Cross-Functional Leadership • Partner with Sales, NPD, Creative, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives. • Lead key marketing projects and ensure timely delivery across departments. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field. • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in a senior-level management role • Proven leadership in brand management, customer acquisition, and visual storytelling • Expertise in retail and digital marketing platforms • Exceptional project management and cross-functional communication skills • Collaborative leader who inspires and motivates teams while fostering cross-functional collaboration. • Ability to translate data insights into marketing strategies that drive engagement. • Demonstrates core values: teamwork, accountability, clarity of purpose, and relentless execution. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
