Our Opportunity
Chewy is looking for a data driven, tech-savvy, consumer-centric Senior Manager, Product Marketing to join our Brand Marketing Team, at our headquarters in Boston, MA! The leader in this role will partner across Chewy teams to help craft business strategies, inform roadmaps for products & services, and develop high impact marketing strategies and go to market executions that get results. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded & data-driven marketing leader β with experience developing product positioning & messaging, launching new businesses and new products in the ecommerce or technology space, translating product features and functionality into consumer facing benefits, and bringing initiatives to life across paid and owned touchpoints to drive defined critical metrics.
What Youβll Do
β’ Partner internally with business and product teams to craft short & long terms roadmaps & goals
β’ Collaborate with consumer insights, user research and business & marketing analytics teams to identify business opportunities, define targets, develop campaign strategies & tactics and measure and report on ongoing performance
β’ Lead development of marketing initiatives 'end to end' (including positioning, messaging, creative development, GTM plans, execution, measurement and reporting) that drive goals & critical metrics
β’ Build close relationships with marketing channel owners (email, social, digital, direct mail, etc.) to determine the marketing mix and partner to ensure coordinated program execution & optimization.
β’ Work with internal creative teams to develop assets from concepts through execution across a broad range of tactics.
β’ Act as a marketing champion for priority product, service and new business offerings for Chewy
β’ Support Product Marketing team leaders passionate about growing adoption of priority features & services
What Youβll Need
β’ Bachelorβs Degree; MBA Preferred
β’ 5-7 years of product marketing experience; majority within ecommerce or technology space
β’ Expertise in connecting business goals & strategy to marketing strategy (insights, targeting, positioning, etc.) and go to market execution across channels & tactics (display, social, email, direct mail, partnerships, etc.)
β’ Experience growing an established business and also scaling new businesses, services and new product features & offerings
β’ Strong business & data savvy; proficient in online and offline metrics and measurement
β’ Adept at working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization with demonstrated ability to collaborate, lead, influence and gain internal thought
