What We’re Looking For • Bachelor's degree in merchandising, business, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in merchandise, product development, or apparel production. • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a dynamic team through high growth. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated expertise in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, with a strong preference for experience collaborating with designers in a retail or consumer goods environment. • Proven ability to guide products from concept through development, launch, and post-launch performance. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization.
