Job Title: Senior OMS Architect Job ID: 2732006 Position Type: Full-time Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite from day 1) Responsibilities: • To architect/design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery • To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives. • To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements • To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures. • To train and develop team to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated • To submit Whitepapers, participate in industry forums and file Patents Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Requirements • Strong technical leader for designing, developing and implementing scalable and efficient Order management solutions • The person should be able to collaborate with Various stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions and guiding development team throughout the implementation lifecycle • Key responsibilities include defining solution architecture, conducting design reviews, providing technical leadership, ensuring system performance, reliability, security • Must be able to resolve integration and interfacing issues between various backend systems, ensuring seamless data flow. • Must be able to identify and mitigate potential risk associated with OMS implementations • Experience with Various retail systems (ERP, WMS, POS, Ecommerce, CRM) AND their integration with OMS • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills • Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture • Proficient in the development of OMS systems using Java, Microservices m JSP and web services • In depth experience in Database and My SQL • Working Knowledge of Unix (HP, IBM, Red Hat LINUX) Primary Skill: Any OMS technical experience (IBM Sterling, KIBO, Magento, Oracle, etc.) is mandatory, Retail knowledge is mandatory, JAVA & Microservice Hands-On, Store customization hands-on. Secondary Skill: Power BI, Database (SQL or Oracle), XML / JSON knowledge, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, IBM MQ. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
