About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creativeβ€”comfortable managing cross-channel campaigns, uncovering insights through data, and driving revenue growth through performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for scaling paid media programs across search, social, and display platforms, aligning efforts with broader marketing objectives, and managing budgets to maximize return on investment. Key Responsibilities β€’ Develop and execute full-funnel paid media strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic channels β€’ Manage media planning, campaign setup, audience targeting, A/B testing, and optimization β€’ Monitor daily performance, diagnose issues, and make real-time decisions to improve results β€’ Collaborate with brand, ecommerce, and creative teams to align campaigns with seasonal promotions and product launches β€’ Report on KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate, translating insights into actionable next steps β€’ Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive benchmarks Qualifications β€’ A minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns with proven performance results, with at least 12+ years overall marketing experience. β€’ Strong command of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, and attribution platforms (e.g., Triple Whale or Looker) β€’ Experience with managing large-scale media budgets β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act quickly on insights β€’ Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams β€’ Bonus: Experience in e-commerce, wellness, or outdoor lifestyle brands Hard Skills (Technical/Functional Expertise) 1. Digital Media Buying – Proficiency in managing campaigns across Google, Bing and programmatic platforms 1. Performance Marketing Strategy – Full-funnel campaign planning and execution 1. Analytics & Reporting – Experience with GA4, Mixpanel, or similar platforms; ability to report on KPIs like ROAS, CPC, CAC, CTR, and conversion rate 1. Attribution Modeling – Familiarity with multi-touch attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale) 1. A/B Testing & Optimization – Developing and executing tests on creative, bidding, audiences, and landing pages 1. Budget Management – Oversight and optimization of monthly budgets of $100K+ 1. Campaign Setup & Troubleshooting – Ability to launch, QA, and refine campaigns independently 1. Marketing Funnel Understanding – Knowledge of how to drive traffic at all funnel stages (awareness to conversion) 1.
