The Role The Sr. Performance Manager is a strategic, client-facing role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving business results. You’ll lead cross-channel paid media strategy, manage a high-performing team, and serve as a trusted extension of the client’s marketing operation. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of performance marketing for a key Alley account. What You'll Do • Act as a strategic partner within your client’s business, turning objectives and challenges into results-driven media campaigns • Lead and mentor a team of paid media specialists across SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, Video, and Content • Own the paid media strategy and oversee end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization • Manage senior client relationships, delivering insights and proactive recommendations that build trust and credibility • Collaborate with internal teams across Analytics, Creative, and Development to align on KPIs and streamline operations • Monitor and manage account financials, including forecasting, profitability, and billing accuracy • Lead testing initiatives to unlock new performance insights and optimization opportunities • Continuously refine internal processes to drive efficiency and improve campaign outcomes What You'll Bring • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, Mobile, and Programmatic • 4+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing performance media teams • Proven ability to design and execute full-funnel paid media strategies that deliver tangible business results • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of translating campaign data into clear, actionable insights • Expertise across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and other leading biddable media tools • Confidence in presenting media strategy and performance updates to senior stakeholders • Experience managing large-scale client accounts and aligning paid media to broader marketing and business objectives • Familiarity with customer journey mapping, CRM and data strategies, content-driven performance, and marketing automation • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally • Passion for staying ahead of platform changes, industry trends, and new performance opportunities Why Join Alley At Alley, performance isn’t just a buzzword; it’s our promise.
