Position Overview
We’re seeking a Contract Product Manager to lead the development of customer-facing web experiences for a next-generation digital car buying platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver seamless, high-performing digital products that engage customers and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute web product features supporting online automotive sales.
• Define Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), write user stories, and manage the product backlog.
• Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Partner with engineers to scope technical solutions, ensure feasibility, and support delivery.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create intuitive, high-conversion customer flows.
• Use journey mapping, feedback, and analytics to identify friction points and enhance usability.
• Integrate with Salesforce CRM and inventory systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, run A/B tests, and iterate based on performance insights.
Qualifications
• 6–10 years of product management experience in web-based digital products.
• Strong Agile background with PRD, user story, and backlog management expertise.
• Proven record of delivering user-centric web experiences in cross-functional settings.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and backend integrations.
• Experience in digital commerce or automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or design-related field.
