Senior Product Manager - OnSite: Tampa, FL
Summary
As the Senior Product Manager responsible for Ashley Global Retail's ecommerce cart and checkout experience, you'll be at the heart of our revenue engine, where every optimization you make directly impacts our bottom line and customer satisfaction. You'll lead the charge in creating seamless, intuitive purchasing journeys that turn browsers into buyers, leveraging data-driven insights to reduce cart abandonment and maximize conversion rates.
Primary Job Functions:
This section describes the primary /essential responsibilities that this job performs.
1. Independently, break work down from the overall Product Vision into developable slices of functionality. Build epics, features and user stories to form the basis for a healthy backlog of work for the team to be able to build, test and deliver in incremental and iterative fashion through the scrum process.
1. For complex products or featured sets, gather and document detailed business, functional and technical requirements
1. Lead collaboration sessions with business stakeholders for complex products or feature sets, UX and technical associates to identify feature details and acceptance criteria.
1. Responsible for identifying solutions based on input from stakeholders and team members to arrive at a solution. Identify functional risks, gaps and conflicts in requirements.
1. Collaborate and communicate with other Ecomm product and development team members to ensure a shared understanding of the business value for a broad set of features and the user needs the features are solving for.
1. Create detailed product/feature concept documents to ensure understanding of scope, function and complexity.
1. Prioritize backlog to focus on longer term timing (4-6 months). Independently lead/facilitate product ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
1. Provide regular updates to Director to facilitate enterprise-wide communication to stakeholders, including progress towards Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Set OKRs for each product feature set.
1. Ensure business value is being delivered on a frequent basis through the production deployment of working tested software.
1. Develop strong relationship with the Product Owner and/or Scrum Master to jointly address issues and opportunities with team delivery. Ensure business value is being delivered on a frequent basis through the production deployment of working tested software.

Requirements:
β’ 8 years of experience in product management, Ecommerce, retail, online retail or merchandising, or related field, Required
β’ Bachelors Degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience, Required
β’ Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement
β’ Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints
β’ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Agile Project Management software
