As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
• Drive strategic product initiatives from concept to launch, setting clear objectives and measurable outcomes that directly support business growth.
• Build and own customer-centric products – from ideation to launch to gathering user feedback – driving the feature through the entire development cycle.
• Leverage data and experimentation such as A/B testing, personalization, funnel optimization to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and scale impactful solutions.
• Analyze and optimize the customer journey to identify pain points and create seamless, intuitive experiences that increase conversion at every stage of the funnel.
• Translate insights into action by combining market research, customer feedback, and behavioral data to inform product direction and unlock new business opportunities.
• Shape and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing user needs with business impact, and ensuring effective execution across cross-functional teams.
• Champion the product vision, aligning stakeholders at all levels and communicating progress, results, and learnings with clarity and influence.
What You Have:
• 4-6 years of product management experience in the Marketplace/E-commerce space.
• Proven track record of leading growth initiatives from driving traffic to improving conversion rate.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Google Analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong expertise in SEO and its application to product discovery and growth.
• Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset with a willingness to wear multiple hats and tackle challenges of any scale.
• Deep knowledge of product development cycles and methodologies, with familiarity across web and application technologies.
• Ownership mentality—a relentless problem solver and accountable leader who takes responsibility end-to-end.
• Outstanding communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player, comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
• Passion for art and technology, motivated by the mission to democratize the art world through innovation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or equivalent experience strongly preferred.
Compensation:
The starting base pay for this role is between $135,000 and $150,000 per year. The actual base pay is dependent upon. many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experienece, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, beneifts and other perks.
