Accountabilities:
• Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for marketing solutions that deliver measurable value to clients
• Develop differentiation strategies and internal/external communications, including conducting win/loss analyses
• Conduct detailed market opportunity analyses, including segmentation, trend evaluation, buyer personas, and competitive research
• Lead product launches by co-developing launch plans and managing cross-functional implementation
• Create high-impact marketing collateral, such as sales presentations, pitch decks, product sheets, web content, webinars, and social media assets
• Maintain internal enablement tools to support sales teams with objection handling, competitive differentiation, and positioning guidance
• Contribute to growth marketing campaigns, providing product content and insights to drive demand
• Share market and competitive intelligence internally, delivering regular enablement sessions for teams
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related field
• Relevant experience in e-commerce technology, retail tech, data integration, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear value propositions and messaging that resonate with buyer personas
• Experience developing positioning, messaging, and differentiation from a buyer-focused perspective
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful communications internally and externally
• Project management expertise with the ability to own initiatives from conception to execution
• Ability to work autonomously and influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated success collaborating with sales to drive pipeline and improve win rates
• Detail-oriented with strong operational and organizational skills
• Ability to work standard business hours (8am-5pm Central or Eastern Time)
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; experience in retail media, technical advertising, or digital marketing agencies; knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems, marketplaces, and B2B/B2C commerce
