Job Description
Join a team of bright minds to engage with customers for the purpose of delivering state of the art Salesforce solutions in the domain of E-commerce and Order Management. Accelerate your career by working in a fast-paced environment and providing solutions that touch multiple Salesforce clouds as well as external systems such as ERP, WMS, OMS, payment gateways, tax, etc.
Job Duties: As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst you will:
• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews across several customer departments
• Document and analyze the current Salesforce Classic environment
• Assist in the creation of a migration plan, moving from Classic to Lightning
• Define requirements for the project
• Create detailed functional specifications
• Perform gap analysis between SF Classic and SF Lightning functionality in the org.
• Document data flows, system integrations, and API requirements for real-time validation and processing
• Collaborate with PMO on phase-gate deliverables, budget tracking, and coordinating with multiple vendors
• Participate in developing project status updates
Qualifications:
• 5+ years or equivalent experience with Salesforce platform (Classic and Lightning)
• 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale Salesforce implementations
• 2+ years experience with Service Cloud implementations
• Strong documentation skills for creating system architecture, data models, and process flows
• Experience with complex data migrations and system integrations
• Excellent written and verbal communication
Nice to have:
• Experience with payment gateway integrations and PCI compliance
• Familiarity with middleware platforms (MuleSoft)
• Experience with PowerBI, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Lightning Experience transition certification or proven migration experience
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work onsite at customer facilities as needed (Los Angeles)
