About the Job Position Summary We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of an intuitive, high-impact user experience. This role demands a deep commitment to user-centered design, a strong grasp of Mobile and Web based e-commerce/transactional systems, and a passion for solving real-world problems in a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities β€’ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions. β€’ Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high-fidelity prototypes. β€’ Analyze metrics post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts β€’ Establish and maintain a comprehensive design system, including a reusable component library and a consistent style guide. β€’ Conduct in-depth user research to uncover friction points, understand workflows, and identify key behavioral patterns that enhance usability for our customers and drive productivity for our associates β€’ Drive usability testing and design iteration, incorporating feedback from customers to continuously improve designs. β€’ Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, data insights, and usability findings into design. Qualifications & Skills β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. β€’ 6+ years of product or UX design. β€’ Experience designing for a variety of form factors including mobile and desktop. β€’ Experience working with technical / design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes. β€’ Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools. β€’ Have an available online portfolio. Preferred Qualifications β€’ Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or Computer Science β€’ Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance design. β€’ Experience with transactional workflows in ecommerce, marketplaces or B2B β€’ Experience with UX design of complex workflows β€’ Expertise in visual design, motion design, marketing design, information architecture β€’ Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process. β€’ Experience planning and executing customer research β€’ Excellent communication skills in expressing conceptual ideas and design rationale.
