Role description
Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and drive Digital SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and visibility for our
products and services.
β’ Partner with content, merchandising, and digital marketing teams to optimize product
pages, category pages, and blog content.
β’ Manage on-page, off-page, backlinks and technical SEO best practices.
β’ Lead initiatives to improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-first performance
across digital platforms.
β’ Collaborate with vendors, developers, and IT to identify bottlenecks (JavaScript, caching,
CDN usage, image optimization).
β’ Monitor, analyze, and resolve performance issues impacting SEO and customer
experience.
β’ Identify and track high-traffic and high-conversion pages to ensure content, keywords,
and internal linking are fully optimized.
β’ Evaluate tools and implement processes to provide ongoing measurement and reporting
of speed and SEO health.
β’ Ensure vendor-delivered insights translate into actionable improvements.
β’ Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Lighthouse, SEMrush, Ahrefs,
GTMetrix, and WebPageTest to measure site performance.
β’ Track organic traffic growth, rankings, conversion rate improvements, and site speed
metrics.
β’ Present clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or related field.
β’ 5+ years of experience in SEO, site performance optimization, or technical digital
marketing.
β’ Hands-on experience with Core Web Vitals, page load optimization, and technical SEO
audits.
β’ Strong knowledge of retail/eCommerce environments and how SEO drives product
discoverability.
β’ Ability to analyze high-traffic content/pages and optimize for maximum SEO impact.
β’ Stong knowledge on with UI/web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms,
CDNs).
β’ Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite / Adobe Experience Manager for image
and media optimization.
β’ Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and
vendor engagements.
β’ Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
