We’re seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, has experience in sales or customer service, and is willing to learn the ins and outs of the education administration programs
This is a remote position working closely with the owner, vendors, and customers. The role will evolve over time, with opportunities to take on new responsibilities as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers in choosing the right automotive equipment (car lifts, tire changers, balancers, etc.)
• Manage sales and order entry through shopify
• Track freight shipments and keep customers updated on delivery status
• Coordinate with vendors and warehouses on product availability and shipping
• Process customer returns and resolve issues in a professional manner
• Support the owner with day-to-day operations and special projects
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date on industry offerings
Qualifications
Required:
• Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Self-motivated, organized, and reliable in a remote setting
• Comfortable learning new technology platforms (Shopify, email, CRM tools)
• Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns professionally
Hours & Availability
• 35–45 hours per week
• Primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday availability
• Must be available to work key seasonal dates including Black Friday and Cyber Monday
