Role Summary This is a full-time remote role for a Shopify CRO Design Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for designing and optimizing pages and sections for our growing roster of cliets. This includes conducting research, creating graphic designs, and using Figma to enhance user experience and conversion rates for our eCommmerce client. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with other team members to ensure high-quality design implementations and continuous improvements based on analytics and feedback. Who You Are You are a detail oriented designer with a knack for driving conversions through performance design. You have strong design skills in Figma for designing high-converting Shopify eCommerce websites. Responsibilities • Work with our website development team to design fast, user-friendly, and high-converting websites that meet launch deadlines • Communicate with clients and internal teams • Utilize our project management platform to keep track of project and general communication • Work with management to continually improve design and development processes Tools And Platforms • Figma • Intelligems or comparable A/B testing tool • HTML, CSS, Javascript is a plus • Liquid (Shopify) is a plus Desired Skills • Working knowledge of the tools listed above • Current knowledge of eCommerce design and development trends on Shopify • Understanding of marketing best practices • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to ideate A/B tests based on data • Spec/design A/B test ideas to hand off to development • Know how to read test results. Familiarity with Intelligems and Shoplift a plus • Must be self sufficient and a problem solver • Understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and/or Liquid a plus
