The Creative Agency is looking for a digitally fluent, brand-obsessed Social Media & Email Campaign Manager to lead high-performing content across platforms and inboxes. This is more than a posting schedule—it’s about shaping narratives, building community, and turning strategy into scroll-stopping creative.
You’ll be responsible for the design, execution, and optimization of social and email marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of client brands. Equal parts strategist and storyteller, you know how to pair beautiful design with performance data to drive real growth.

What You’ll OwnContent Creation & Social Media Strategy
• Plan, design, and execute social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Write compelling, brand-aligned copy and calls to action that engage and convert.
• Manage client accounts, content calendars, and publishing workflows with precision.
• Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and creative best practices to keep content fresh and effective.
Email Campaign & Lifecycle Marketing
• Develop visually on-brand and high-converting promotional email campaigns, from newsletters to drip sequences and automations.
• Build and manage campaigns in Klaviyo, Drip, Mailchimp, and similar platforms.
• A/B test subject lines, visuals, and CTAs to optimize open, click-through, and conversion rates.
• Ensure emails reinforce overall campaign goals and customer journey touch points.
Brand Growth & Engagement
• Monitor and manage social communities—engaging with followers, handling DMs, and implementing timely reputation management strategies.
• Drive audience development through UGC, influencer activations, and strategic partnerships.
• Identify growth opportunities across platforms and recommend creative solutions.
Performance, Reporting & Optimization
• Use analytics tools to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
• Deliver polished monthly reports with strategic recommendations that inform future content.
• Support SEO and broader content strategy by aligning posts and emails with keyword and traffic goals.
