We’re looking for a Social Media Partnerships Lead (Affiliate/Influencer & Partnerships Manager) who can combine a passion for social media, clean beauty, and authentic content creation to drive Holistic Goddess’s growth. This role focuses on two key pillars: • ✨ Creators who naturally integrate our products into their personal brands • 🌿 Partners who align authentically with Holistic Goddess values You’ll scout fresh talent, negotiate deals, and then guide each partner with systems, onboarding, and creative coaching to help them shine. 💼 Responsibilities • 🌟 Recruitment & Onboarding Identify, recruit, and onboard affiliates/influencers who truly align with our brand values. Provide resources, guidelines, and support to set them up for success. • 🤝 Relationship Building Build authentic, lasting relationships with partners. Communicate often, offer creative direction, and adapt to different personalities and styles while holding strong in your vision. • 📊 Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor key KPIs like engagement and revenue. Spot trends, refine strategies, and share data-driven insights to help partners improve. • 🎁 Incentives & Rewards Motivate partners through tiered commission structures, renegotiations, and exclusive promotions.
