Position:Β Seller Solutions Manager
Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and supervise a team of account managers, ensuring they meet performance standards and provide exceptional service to sellers.
β’ Be the main point of contact for escalated issues from account managers, providing guidance and solutions.
β’ Take ownership of department operations and proactively develop solutions to improve processes and address challenges.
β’ Understand and demonstrate our in-house system β the Seller System- to ensure the team fully comprehends it and can effectively teach it to seller clients.
β’ Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of accounts and products, including product sourcing and market demand.
β’ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
β’ Innovate and implement new ideas to learn about supplier partners and products, ensuring a deep understanding of the market and supplier capabilities.
β’ Engage in quarterly audits and account reviews, providing guidance to account managers on optimal presentation methods
β’ Analyze data and generate reports to present to manager on a weekly basis, ensuring informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
β’ Collaborate effectively with other departments such as customer service, sales, and quality control to ensure seamless operations and address cross-functional challenges.
Qualifications:
β’ 2-3 years of E-Commerce and/or Customer Service experience, with some supervisory or leadership experience.
β’ At least 3-4 years experience in purchasing, sourcing, or product management
β’ Strong attention to detail, analytical/problem-solving skills, and ability to use data to make decisions.
β’ Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment.
β’ Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Experience using tools such as Microsoft Suites, NetSuite, HubSpot or similar ERP and CRM software.
β’ Preferred experience in account management, customer service, marketing, or other related industries
β’ Management Experience required 2+ years (U.S or International Teams) Experience with international teams a plus Operations, Shipping/Supply Chain, International Shipping, Logistics Experience preferred
