Ready to lead brands to marketplace success? We’re on the hunt for a Senior eCommerce Account Manager who lives and breathes Amazon Seller and Vendor Central. In this role, you’ll be the strategic force behind key marketplace accounts—launching, growing, and optimizing both emerging and established brands. You’ll build strong client relationships, stay ahead of the curve with cutting-edge growth tactics, and mentor junior account managers along the way

Responsibilities include:
• Manage multiple brand accounts, including key accounts
• Manage junior account managers
• Strategic project ownership
• Involved in sales/pitch meetings with potential clients
• Develop trust relationship with clients
• Proactively identify, address, and solve customer issues and successes to better the business every single day
• Create and execute brand sales and profitability models and forecasts – identify strategies to meet and exceed forecasts
• Monitor analytics (sales, inventory, feedback, buy box percentage, conversion rates, returns) to ensure sufficient increase in traffic to pages
• Work with marketing team identify ways to increase awareness reach to drive traffic to listings
• Stay updated with marketplace’s policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
• Collaborate with teams around inventory management, order fulfillment and logistics coordination
• P&L management to review and improve profitability
• Create ad-hoc reports when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Retail, Rep Firm, or Manufacturing, preferred
• Experience with management or set up on Marketplace platforms such as Amazon or Walmart, strongly preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerBi or other related databases, strongly preferred.
• Ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels of employees across multiple functions and geographies
• Strong influence and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate ability to execute strategies and meet critical deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Hybrid environment out of our corporate office in Mendota Heights, MN (4 days per week in office)
