Who We’re Looking For The Lexus Marketing Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Digital Strategist. We are a closely knit team that is imaginative, thoughtful, and brave in all that we do and create. The primary responsibility of this role is to help oversee and manage lexus.com and other digital initiatives. In this role you will set the strategic direction, define success metrics, and lead a team of business partners through the design and implementation of a high volume of site updates and enhancements. Reporting to the Lexus Digital Manager, the person in this role will support the Lexus Marketing Department's objective to develop and maintain best-in-class Lexus digital properties with a targeted focus of attracting Youth, Diverse Audiences and Creative Visionaries to the Lexus Brand. What You’ll Be Doing • Collaborate with other Lexus Digital team members and Lexus Strategy to develop annual team goals and objective strategy reports that will identify and prioritize initiatives to support Lexus Brand North Star goals • Lead the development, strategy and content execution for sustaining model year changeovers (MYCO), launching new models, revealing future products and promoting our Lexus electrified lineup on Lexus.com • Direct the design and content curation of new site developments to deliver exceptional digital user experiences that showcase the Lexus brand, product line and services • Coordinate content approvals with Lexus Product Marketing, Lexus Incentives, Lexus Service, other key lexus.com content owners, and Legal One to ensure all digital content published is accurate and compliant with any regulatory requirements • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure design aligns with Lexus brand style guidelines, content is product accurate, and user experience meets Lexus brand standards for an exceptional guest experience • Manage a robust production release calendar to ensure on time delivery of enhancements and content releases • Collaborate with business partners and TMNA One Tech to identify website issues and quickly develop and prioritize solutions while considering other planned releases in an agile environment • Collaborate with an analytics team to evaluate website performance and recommend optimizations • Become a lexus.com subject matter expert who can quickly identify how brand initiatives, new products, and other content can be optimally integrated into the website • Conduct competitor and industry benchmarking, and stay current on best-in-class digital properties and trends to identify future lexus.com enhancements and priority areas • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Lexus Division to support their needs for an online presence on lexus.com • Collaborate with stakeholders from the toyota.com team and One Tech to develop and reach consensus on new enterprise-wide digital enhancements to achieve digital property and business partner efficiency across TMNA • Regularly share out lexus.com accomplishments, performance and future project plans with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field. • Experience in a marketing, agency, project management, or e-commerce role; preferably working on a luxury brand. • The ability to use analytics as justification for optimizations and to develop KPIs to measure success. • Solutions focused mindset for tackling business problems and challenges. • Ability to self-direct, adapt to change and shifting priorities, and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in parallel. • Experience in managing creatives agencies and/or business partners. • Experience in digital design and user experience. • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
