Role description
We believe that our brand and products have an incredible story to tell, and as the Senior Associate, Digital Experience, you'll be the driving force behind introducing those products to our customers in a way that's seamless, compelling, and conversion-driven. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end digital launch process, from pre-launch planning to live site execution, ensuring that every new product goes to market on time, fully optimized, and ready to inspire our customers. We're looking for someone who thrives in the fast pace of launch cycles, has strong organizational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and can collaborate cross-functionally to bring new products to life online. As a member of the E-Commerce team, this role reports into the Manager, Digital Experience while working collaboratively across numerous teams within the organization including Creative, Digital & Brand Marketing, Planning & Merchandising, Business Operations, Retail, and Customer Experience. Responsibilities • Own and lead the digital product launch process from brief to live date, partnering with Merchandising, Photography, and Creative to ensure product data, descriptions, and imagery are accurate and on brand. • Build and execute product detail pages, collection pages, and category merchandising in alignment with go-to-market strategies. • Coordinate cross-functional timelines to ensure launch readiness, from asset delivery to QA and site publishing. • Collaborate with Marketing to align launch timing with email, social, and paid media campaigns for maximum visibility and impact. • Monitor inventory pre-and post-launch to ensure featured products are available and appropriately prioritized on site. • Partner with Digital Analytics to track product performance post-launch, identifying optimization opportunities and informing future launch strategies. • Work with Customer Experience to address and resolve any product-related site issues quickly and accurately. • Maintain a competitive pulse on industry product launches to inspire innovative approaches to our own releases. • Support other site content updates and merchandising projects as needed, with a focus on launches as the priority. Qualifications • 2+ years in E-Commerce, product launches, or digital merchandising roles. • Proficiency in a Content Management System (e.g., Shopify, Sanity, Contentful). • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and able to manage multiple launches simultaneously. • Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills. • Data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret performance metrics to guide decisions. • Positive, proactive, and adaptable — thrives in a launch-driven, fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with Looker, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools is a plus. The primary location for this role is based in our Summit, NJ headquarters. We believe our business and our culture are strongest when we work together in person. We also know that it's helpful to have flexibility to work remotely. Currently we are operating under a hybrid model whereby all teams work in an office a minimum of two days per week (Tuesdays/Thursdays) and may be provided flexibility to work from home on other days. There may be times when you're asked to work in any of our offices because it's in the best interest of our business or your team. The annual base salary range for this role is $56,000 to $85,000 (new hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role). It is important to note that our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size, industry, and the market and are one part of the total rewards that we provide. Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, scope of the role, and internal peer benchmarking. In addition to your base compensation, you may be eligible to be part of the Company's annual bonus program with a non-binding Company and individual performance-based target bonus.
