WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a senior director to help build our Nike Accessories business from the ground up. This pivotal role will drive oversee and influence strategy, brand positioning, product line development and sales execution. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in the jewelry/fashion industry or within Nike's ecosystem and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. This leader must be passionate about brand-building, sales, and consumer engagement while having the business acumen to drive revenue and growth. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Sales and Business Development • Lead the go-to-market strategy for Nike accessories, driving revenue growth and market penetration. • Develop and implement sales strategies for wholesale, retail, and digital channels. • Establish and manage key relationships with retailers, department stores, sporting goods chains, and e-commerce partners. • Oversee Nike.com and Nike Stores integration, ensuring a seamless consumer experience. • Build and scale a global distribution network, driving strategic partnerships. • Analyze market trends, pricing strategies, and consumer insights to optimize sales performance. Brand Strategy and Marketing • Develop and execute the brand positioning and storytelling for Nike accessories. • Lead brand partnerships, influencer collaborations, and athlete marketing initiatives. • Oversee the creation of advertising, promotional campaigns, and product storytelling. • Work closely with Nike’s marketing and brand teams to drive alignment and leverage Nike’s massive reach. Product and Consumer Experience • Partner with design and merchandising teams to develop products that meet Nike’s brand aesthetic and quality expectations. • Ensure that all Nike accessory products align with consumer demand, athlete inspiration, and brand authenticity. • Collaborate with Nike athlete and ambassador programs to drive organic brand engagement. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED • 8+ years of experience in the jewelry/fashion industry or within Nike’s ecosystem (brand management, sales, merchandising, or strategy). • Proven track record in sales, business development, and strategic brand growth. • Experience leading wholesale, retail, and e-commerce sales strategies. • Deep understanding of luxury, streetwear, and sport-inspired jewelry markets. • Strong ability to build partnerships, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth. • Experience in brand storytelling, marketing activations, and consumer engagement. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. • Passion for sports, fitness, and Nike’s brand heritage. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
