What You’ll Own
Strategic Leadership
• Architect tailored strategies for both AYC’s B2B wholesale site and Salon City’s DTC platform.
• Align all digital activities with our company’s aggressive growth and modernization goals.
Execution at a High Level
• Drive site performance through optimization, A/B testing, and conversion strategies.
• Identify gaps and act quickly—we don't wait for problems to fix themselves.
Relentless Market Awareness
• Stay on top of e-commerce trends, competitor movements, pricing shifts, and technology changes.
• Implement best practices before others catch on.
Digital Marketing Mastery
• Lead performance marketing, email flows, social campaigns, and retargeting strategies.
• Balance tailored B2B/retail messaging while maintaining brand cohesion.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
• Build and monitor dashboards, spot trends, and apply insight-driven adjustments fast.
• Track metrics across both platforms with clarity and purpose.
Product, Inventory & Merchandising
• Work closely with the Ops team to understand purchasing cycles, aged inventory, and sales velocity.
• Adjust online merchandising to maximize movement and margin.
Customer & Team Awareness
• Understand your audience—whether it’s a stylist buying a chair or a distributor placing a bulk order.
• Be socially aware—adapt to your team’s strengths, communication styles, and personalities to get the best out of them.
Cross-Team Collaboration
• Work closely with our internal Ops, Product, and Sales teams to stay aligned and move quickly.
• Lead the charge with initiative, not waiting to be told what’s next.

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in e-commerce leadership roles.
• Direct experience managing multiple digital sales channels or brands.
• Beauty/salon industry experience strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the B2B/B2C e-commerce landscape.
• Strong technical fluency in digital tools and platforms.
Preferred:
• Experience in salon furnishings, beauty supply, or equipment.
• Leadership experience managing e-commerce teams or agencies.
• Understanding of inventory aging strategies and pricing adjustments.
