Overview Join a leading fashion company renowned for its innovative designs and high-quality womenswear. This role focuses on driving the digital marketing strategy to enhance brand presence and achieve commercial growth. The Senior Manager of Digital Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive digital campaigns. You will collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging. In-house experience required. Responsibilities • Partner directly with or report to the VP of E-commerce to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives. • Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing programs to drive brand awareness and commercial results. • Transition digital marketing activities from external agencies to in-house teams, ensuring seamless execution and efficiency. • Oversee the strategy, execution, and analysis of the digital advertising budget, ensuring effective allocation and ROI. • Collaborate with in-house creative and marketing teams to develop aligned and cohesive campaign strategies. Requirements • Approximately 10 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of delivering ROI on significant ad spend. • Experience managing multi-million-dollar digital ad budgets for small and/or independent fashion brand. • Strong strategic skills with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans. • Experience managing a range of digital advertising budgets • In-depth knowledge of paid search, paid social, SEO, Google Ads, and other digital marketing channels. • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative and marketing teams. • Demonstrated ability to transition and in-source marketing activities from external agencies effectively.
