Position Overview We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Omnichannel Testing & Personalization to lead and scale our testing and personalization program. This role will own the execution and innovation of digital testing and personalization while expanding the program to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences. Primarily, The Role Will Focus On • Managing the day-to-day operations of our digital testing and personalization program, • Managing at least two direct reports, • Coordinating identification, execution, and measurement of Omnichannel personalized experiences, • Scaling our testing program across the Kendra Scott organization The role will host weekly testing/personalization meetings, drive ideation and execution of personalized experiences, own reporting of results, and measure the impact of our program in its entirety. You will also partner with the director and others to ideate and enact the strategic direction of the team, and will have the chance to assist with leading the team. You will own the tactical roadmap and drive the testing and personalization agenda. You will participate in proactive insights generation and will respond to ad-hoc requests for insights. As a member of the broader eCommerce Analytics team, you will help to drive significant improvements in e-commerce revenue by deeply interrogating metrics and transforming data into insights; you’ll proactively surface insights from data, advocate for them through elevated storytelling, and prove their value through testing. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader, capable of driving coordination activities with cross-functional stakeholders, driving insights-driven decision-making, and ensuring the execution of high-impact testing and personalization initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy • Lead and mentor a team consisting of a Lead (responsible for website experience execution) and a Specialist (supporting digital and omnichannel initiatives). • Own the tactical roadmap for testing, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-functional initiatives. • Scale our testing program into other areas of the Kendra Scott organization. • Identify, prioritize, and elevate experiences from single-channel to omnichannel opportunities. • Act as the primary internal coordinator, ensuring seamless execution and integration of testing initiatives across digital, retail, and marketing. Testing & Personalization Execution • Own the end-to-end execution of omnichannel testing and personalization efforts. • Lead team and cross-functional stakeholders in developing, launching, and optimizing testing initiatives. • Streamline and continuously optimize testing processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across multiple channels. • Provide expertise in executing A/B tests, automated personalization experiences, and experimental design. • Manage the intake process for testing initiatives, identifying high-impact opportunities proactively. • Assist with day-to-day execution of pre-testing, testing design and setup, test deployment, reporting, analysis/insights Insights, Analytics & Reporting • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Monetate, ContentSquare, Salesforce and others to uncover actionable insights. • Measure and report on the performance of testing and personalization efforts, ensuring data-driven decision-making. • Leverage storytelling and data visualization to evangelize insights and drive stakeholder engagement. • Work closely with analytics leads to align testing initiatives with broader business intelligence goals. • Lead the creation and distribution of performance reports across digital, retail, and omnichannel initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Act as the primary liaison between digital, retail, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive and integrated omnichannel strategies. • Host stakeholder meetings to align on omnichannel experiences, testing priorities, and results distribution. • Work with external partners and vendors to enhance the effectiveness of testing tools and methodologies. Other • Other duties as assigned – the candidate will be cross trained in web analytics, Voice of Customer, advanced analytics methods and other disciplines, and will be expected to contribute to the entire team as needed. Professional Qualifications Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field with a strong analytical foundation. • 6+ years of experience in digital testing, personalization, user experience optimization, and/or ecommerce analytics. • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and personalization tools (Monetate preferred, but also considering Optimizely, Maxymiser, Optimize 360, Granify). • Strong experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and compelling storytelling. • Experience managing or mentoring team members in a testing or analytics capacity. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience coordinating across multiple teams. Preferred Qualifications • Master’s degree in economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or an MBA. • 7+ years of experience in A/B testing and personalization with a strong track record of driving revenue growth. • Experience coding in SQL, R, Python, or working with big data technologies. • Experience creating Omnichannel experiences and with associated ‘personalization engine’ and/or CDP tools. • Familiarity with UX design and prototyping methodologies. • Experience with omnichannel strategy in a retail or luxury brand environment. • Ability to code JavaScript, CSS, and HTML within a testing framework This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven leader to expand a successful digital testing program into a true omnichannel experience.
