JOB MISSION: The Senior Manager of Site Visual Merchandising for Lifestyle is responsible for leading the seasonal site strategy, aligning brand and commercial objectives to deliver an inspiring and seamless digital shopping experience. He/she will work closely with DTC merchandising, Global Marketing, Digital Product and regional partners to develop a cohesive site strategy for multiple areas of our lifestyle category. This role is responsible for leading the site experience strategy through the end to end Go to Market (GTM) process. The ideal candidate possesses a strong visual eye, sharp attention to the consumer end-to-end journey, strong organizational and communications skills and effective cross-functional team experience. This role will lead the team in data-based decision making and balancing the need for creative and product storytelling. They will need to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timeliness are not compromised. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: BRAND β€’ Serve as a brand steward by ensuring that site merchandising and content strategies consistently reflect and elevate core brand principles, delivering a cohesive and premium consumer experience across global touchpoints β€’ Maintain awareness of competition and current trends that are relevant to the brand and lifestyle activations β€’ Become an expert of our lifestyle consumer and best ways to represent the brand and product to them digitally. MARKETING β€’ Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to align site merchandising with campaign calendars, ensuring timely and impactful execution of product and brand stories β€’ Leverage consumer data from to ensure New Balance is effectively reaching our target consumer BUSINESS β€’ Establish global site merchandising reporting and KPIs to track and measure success by category and region, ensuring continuous site improvement β€’ Ensure global site strategies equally represent brand initiatives and are effectively activated and localized to meet regional consumer behaviors and commercial goals β€’ Lead planning and presentation tooling to ensure the cross-functional visibility and alignment DIGITAL β€’ Possess knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, GA4, Content Square and various merchandising tools and capabilities β€’ Partner with Digital Product and UX teams to identify ways to improve site experience for key product stories across regions β€’ Understand product attributes and data management tools RELATIONSHIPS: β€’ Build strong partnerships through cross-functional and upward senior-level relationships. Share insights to better serve the lifestyle consumer β€’ Ability to influence cross-functional partners to ensure the consumer experience is top of mind β€’ Effectively manage and inspire a team of direct reports, administer performance appraisals, set goals, and provide consistent feedback β€’ Lead, mentor, and develop the visual site merchandising team REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: β€’ Minimum of 7 years' site merchandising experience with 3–5 years of regional/global corporate level experience preferred β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, retail merchandising, or digital equivalent β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to express perspectives β€’ Strong visual eye for layout and presentation, Regular Associate Benefits Our products are only as good as the people we hire, so we make sure to hire the best and treat them accordingly.
