Role description
Our client in the wellness space is hiring a Sr. Performance Manager!
About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes e-commerce performance marketing, knows what creative converts, and isn’t afraid to push spend when the data says go. You’ll manage strategy, execution, reporting, and testing across both platforms, with a strong emphasis on creative iteration and ROAS-focused decision-making.
What You’ll Do
• Build and manage campaigns primarily for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) with support on YouTube and TikTok channels, optimizing for CAC and LTV.
• Own daily performance monitoring and optimization, reporting key insights and wins.
• Analyze data to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where to test next.
• Collaborate with the creative team on briefs, hooks, messaging, and UGC strategy.
• Scale winners, cut losers, and constantly iterate across audiences, ad types, and placements.
• Partner with founders and leadership to communicate results and shape growth strategy.
• Stay up to date on algorithm changes, best practices, and ad platform innovations.
Who You Are
• 3–5+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, especially Meta (YouTube and TikTok experience is a plus).
• Proven success in a high-volume e-commerce or DTC environment.
• Obsessed with creative strategy, funnel metrics, and performance data.
• Knows your way around attribution, pixels, and landing page testing.
• Comfortable working autonomously and iterating fast in a high-growth brand.
Bonus Points
• Experience launching and scaling TikTok Shop campaigns.
• Knowledge of tools like Triple Whale, Motion, or Northbeam.
• Experience briefing or editing UGC/creator content for performance. Agency background is a big plus—used to juggling creative, testing, and reporting at scale.
