What will you do? The Sr. Supervisor - eCommerce at Pure Fishing plays a critical leadership role in managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce distribution channel (Direct to Consumer, Business to Business, and Business to Consumer fulfillment) . This position is responsible for ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient fulfillment of all online orders, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and people. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the daily operations of the eCommerce fulfillment team, including order picking, packing, labeling, and shipping processes. • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met and/or exceeded. • Partner with cross-functional departments including IT, Customer Service, Inventory, and Transportation to ensure seamless order execution and customer experience. • Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labor planning to meet seasonal volume demands and operational goals. • Train, coach, and develop team leaders and associates to ensure high performance, safety compliance, and employee engagement. • Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) and OMS (Order Management System) tools to monitor and resolve order exceptions or inventory discrepancies. • Champion and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, cost reduction, and order accuracy. • Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. • Drive change management initiatives, support technology implementations, and SOP enhancements specific to eCommerce. • Act as a liaison for corporate eCommerce operations and Pure Fishing leadership, providing regular updates and performance insights to internal leaders and corporate partners. What makes you a great catch? • 8+ years of leadership experience in distribution/warehousing operations, with at least 4 years supervision in eCommerce fulfillment. • Strong knowledge of supply chain and fulfillment operations, preferably in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or retail environment. • Experience with WMS/OMS platforms and familiarity with data-driven performance analysis. • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution setting with shifting priorities. • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. • Working knowledge of OSHA and warehouse safety standards. • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
