Role description
As the Store Operations Coordinator you will be part of a team that helps fellow employees navigate company resources and creates exclusive merchandise, making the employee experience a little extra special. This position reports to the Senior Manager and Buyer, TWDC Stores & Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the organization and management of tasks to support projects, events, or programs, maintaining positive vendor relations, preparing online sports program requests and strategies, tracking sports orders, and managing online inventory. To excel in this role, we require a candidate who is confident, highly organized, and an exceptional communicator with an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities:
β’ Assist with all online sports requests, verifications, ticket distribution, and the creation of inventory files.
β’ Coordination of sports and concert inbox, documenting the inventory of all events and tickets.
β’ Warehouse assistance with organizing, counting, and labeling for special event preparation may include working onsite on some Fridays and Saturdays.
β’ Helping in stores with online orders, packing shipments, and printing name badges and labels.
Qualifications:
β’ Associate or Bachelor's Degree
β’ 1+ years of experience with store operations (physical retail locations and e-commerce)
β’ Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Experience with photo editing for product photography, proven photoshop editing skills
β’ Experience with e-commerce inventory control, order management and fulfillment
β’ Experience with ticket sales (sporting event experience a plus)
β’ Proven guest service skills and ability to problem solve and think creatively
The hiring range for this position in California is $40,100.00-$53,600.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidateβs geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
