Summary of role
We are seeking an E-Commerce Account Strategist for our London-based team. Reporting directly to our Lead Account Strategist, this is a key vacancy in our rapidly growing strategy division and will work across our diverse portfolio of clients to identify, propose & manage growth opportunities for our clients, including CRO & Testing, Performance Marketing, E-Commerce trading & other such initiatives.

An inquisitive, analytical, highly detailed and personable individual, you will be a natural and polished communicator able to create customer success roadmaps, strategies & proposals.
You will be commercially minded and laser-focused on clear client revenue uplift, tying all work to a tangible growth outcome. An excellent team player, you will work across the business with a wide range of colleagues from web devs, PMs, BAs, designers, account managers and senior leadership. Ambitious & driven, you will work at pace whilst not compromising quality and will, alongside our Head of Strategy, deliver clear growth to our clients.
This role has excellent progression opportunities as we expand our strategic services across our existing client portfolio and into new business development in 2024 and beyond.
Responsibilites
• Client website Auditing & Analysis & Hypothesis creation
• Data gathering & interpretation
• CRO & Testing program briefing & management
• Strategy development & opportunity identification
• Client Relationship Management
• E-Commerce trading & reporting
Skills and experience
• Collaborative - able to work with multiple stakeholders of varying seniority both internally and across client teams.
• Detail-oriented - you will work with systems such as ClickUp / Jira to manage briefs and workflows alongside project managers, business analysts and other colleagues. You will be used to preparing change hypotheses backed by solid data claims and presenting these to senior stakeholders.
• Highly analytical - utilising tools and generating insights to identify and scope client success opportunities and revenue uplifts
• Commercially minded - able to translate web execution opportunities into revenue & profit uplifts for our clients, attaching value propositions to all work undertaken
• E-Commerce native - Familiar with the latest best practices in SEO/SEM, PPC, CRO, CRM, UX/UI and other key E-commerce disciplines
• Excellent presentation abilities - You will prepare & present client plans, updates, pitches and reports regularly across a wide range of account types & industry sectors.
• Experienced - You will have worked in an E-Commerce agency environment for at least 4 years + or been responsible for at least one E-Commerce website internally in a management capacity and previous roles in E-Commerce trading or similar.
