About the Role We’re scaling across the US and looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to unlock growth opportunities and build scalable infrastructure that powers Fresh’s next chapter. This is a high-impact role at the center of our US launch. You’ll work closely with our Director of Business Operations and partner across clinical, supplier, and customer teams to drive adoption and operational excellence. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years in management/strategy consulting plus 2–3 years in a fast-growth startup operations role. You’ll apply your analytical toolkit in a dynamic, operator-led environment where you’ll see the tangible results of your work and have the autonomy to design and scale new processes from the ground up. What You’ll Do In a typical week, you’ll: • Support go-to-market planning and execution to launch our platform in new US markets. • Structure and solve ambiguous business problems — surfacing insights, building models (ROI, pricing, market sizing), and driving execution. • Partner across product, operations, and clinical teams to identify root causes of challenges, outline recommendations, and deliver improvements. • Balance ~60% project-based growth initiatives with ~40% BAU, including supplier management, e-commerce operations, and process optimization. Key priorities in your first 6 months: • Conduct an assessment of business and clinical operations and present recommendations to leadership within the first 6 weeks. • Review and optimize supplier/e-commerce processes for efficiency and scalability. • Partner with Go-To-Market on state rollout plans, ensuring compliance, clinical, and operational foundations are ready. We'd love you to have: • 5+ years of total experience across strategy, management consulting, business operations, or commercial project delivery. • Structured problem-solving skills + strong financial modeling capability. • Startup grit: adaptable, resilient, humble, and collaborative. • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with diverse teams. • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders.
