β’ We are seeking a Product Manager - Technical to lead the definition and delivery of mobile and web components that enable seamless management and troubleshooting ofΒ satellite terminals. As the single-threaded owner for eCommerce and Order-to-Cash, you will ensure a cohesive user experience across all customer touchpoints and own the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Responsibilities:
β’ Define product vision, strategy, and requirements for mobile and web features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and technical feasibility.
β’ Partner with UX, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive interfaces, robust features, and seamless integration.
β’ Develop and manage the product roadmap, gathering input from customers, business teams, and technical stakeholders.
β’ Drive planning and execution of feature releases, ensuring backward compatibility and minimal disruption.
β’ Oversee compliance with security, legal, and privacy requirements.
β’ Track and analyze KPIs to measure feature performance and guide improvements.
β’ Create customer-facing materials and lead communications with customers and distributors.
Requirements:
β’ Proven experience in technical product management, preferably in mobile/web applications.
β’ Strong background in user experience design, system integrations, and product lifecycle management.
β’ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
β’ Analytical mindset with the ability to balance technical trade-offs and customer value.
